About the Longevity Duel
Do I have to start on 1 December?
No. You can start any time, for example as a New Year challenge. Just count 24 days from your first day.
What happens after 24 December?
Then you flip the cards. Every back shows Level 2, the same habit as a 21-day challenge. With the annual plan card you keep playing until New Year’s Eve.
Can I play on my own?
Yes, then you play against your own score. With a partner, though, people stick with it longer.
Do I need to be fit or have equipment?
No. The challenges take a few minutes and work anywhere, without equipment. Adapt every task to yourself. The game is not a substitute for medical advice.
Is it a good gift?
Yes, that’s what it’s made for: for your partner, best friend, siblings or parents. The cards come in a clear case and fit into any small gift box.
Are the cards in English?
The printed cards are currently in German. An English edition is on our list, follow us on Instagram to hear first.

Digital products
How does the annual planner work?
Right after purchase you get an 82-page PDF with clickable tabs. It works in GoodNotes, Notability and other PDF apps and can be printed on A4. The planner is in German.
Can I return digital products?
For digital content, the right of withdrawal expires once the download starts and you agreed to this beforehand. Of course we still help with any technical problems.
